All engines are built on a core-up-front ONLY basis.

Note that I also BUY cores. I prefer that there be 2+ cores to make it
worthwhile to ship, however I will give consideration to any offer. Here is
what I generally offer for a core, keeping in mind that most cores only
produce one good rotor and rotorhousing. If you could guarantee me that the
core Im buying is in good internal condition, I may up these offers by $50-100.
